Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for Japanese Supervising Organizations, employers, and candidates regarding recruitment under License RL-3011.

Shiva Brothers is an officially approved recruiting agency operating under Government License RL-3011 issued by the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare & Overseas Employment. We are fully authorized to select, train, and deploy overseas workers to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programs.

We do not outsource language training. All candidates enroll in our in-house Shiva Brothers Japanese Language Center, undergoing 3 to 6 months of rigorous daily instruction covering JLPT N5, N4, or N3, NAT-TEST preparation, conversational fluency, and industry-specific terminology before departing for Japan.

Our Technical Skills Training Center features dedicated testing bays for scaffolding erection, welding (SMAW/MIG/TIG), rebar tying, electrical installation, carpentry formwork, nursing care simulations, and agricultural produce handling. Employers can inspect these live in person or via high-definition video link.

Japanese Supervising Organizations (AO) and employers may submit their demand letter and job requirements directly to our corporate email: shivabrothers@gmail.com, or via our Contact Portal. Our recruitment team will respond promptly with candidate profiles and interview schedules.
