- Japanese Employers & Supervising Organizations: Company name, supervising organization code, designated liaison officer, official business email, and manpower demand parameters.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Information collected is strictly utilized for:
- Enrollment and tracking in the Shiva Brothers Japanese Language Center and Skills Training Center.
- Preparing candidate biodata for authorized Japanese employer interviews.
- Processing government documentation: Certificate of Eligibility (CoE), OTIT technical intern approvals, BMET clearance under RL-3011, and Japan Embassy visa applications.
- Direct business communications with host companies and supervising organizations.

Because our core operations involve technical intern and SSW placement in Japan, candidate records are transmitted securely to authorized Japanese Supervising Organizations (Kanri Dantai), host employers, and OTIT solely for legitimate migration and employment sponsorship.
